LEVEL 1 - 12 WEEK BOXING FUNDAMENTALS

12 week boxing course that teaches the fundamentals of boxing for those who want to learn how to box with proper technique. Presented by NZ's leading boxing gym, you’ll use various drills, skills and equipment to develop good boxing technique and sound knowledge. This boxing course is designed for people who want to learn how to box. You'll train hard for 12 weeks with dedicated support and motivation from our expert trainers. Every participant also receives a Boxing Fundamentals workbook, which includes guided technique points, as well as a free gym membership for the duration of the course.
