Prepare to sweat through these 1 hour classes that involve a warm up, abs, and a variety of different exercises to keep you motivated and having fun. Instructors are on hand to help with your technique so you get the best from your workout in the safest way possible. Tough, but rewarding! Classes are limited, bookings required.
